I have fallen way off the healthy food band wagon and indulged my sense in the tastiest food you could ever think of. One of them consisted of my Christ’s bucket list which was eggs benedict. Last night after a long day in the sun, I chomped on like 5 French fries throughout the day that making a giant supper was out of the question.
Here we go. Beat 15 minute meal? Toasted bacon egg and cheese. In that order B E C. Mine was not as pretty looking as this one I found on the net but it was really delicious
The key is to fry the egg sunnyside up because it will cook a little more when you’re toasting it.
Use white bread. As unhealthy as it is, it goes the best with this combination. Don’t over salt and don’t add any sauces.
Lastly, don’t use processed cheese. Not only is it bad for you, but it’s really gross and gooey.
