We just celebrated heritage day in South Africa and in the past couple of years, braai’ing has become a tradition on this day. To braai is to cook something on an open flame and there are many people who claim to know the best way to make a fire! My hubby knows best, by the way.
I see a lot of people love posting recipes of the best toasties for when you need to braai. Well, this is my recipe. The whole family loves it and it is so full of flavour, you might even forget about all the meat! The best part of this dish is that you don’t need to be neat when chopping the ingredients. Go crazy.
