I publish today a recipe so good that I want the world to know. I publish today a meal that I will have in my future restaurant chain.
I publish today:
LAMB SHANKS TO DIE FORπππ
1 cup dry red wine (optional)
2 cups of beef stock
3 cloves garlic
20g dry rosemary
Salt and pepper as needed
250g canned tomato/tomato and onion mix
1/4 cup sugar
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and cook for 60 minutes
Remove the Shanks, add in the chopped tomato and reduce the sauce on high for 10 minutes. Add sugar and dissolve fully
Once the sauce is at the right thickness, bring the Shanks back and cover in sauce while simmering until you serve.
I served these with creamy polenta which turned out to be the best friend to these Shanks… Enjoy!!!
