Have you ever?

Before you read the rest of this blog, if you have access to home delivery from your local supermarket, purchase some parma ham and camembert cheese. You’ll thank me later.

Now that you have spent a fortune on those two ingredients, let me tell you how you’re going to prepare it.

Side note: do not share with family members, you have to be selfish with this one, you deserve it.

1. Start off by airing it a little. Not too long though, the ham does tend to dry. While you’re letting it air, preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Please don’t ask me about fan or convection oven heat because I have no clue. Let’s just say 189 degrees celcius.

2. The next step is super difficult so please pay attention. Just kidding, this probably the simplest thing you’ll ever do in the kitchen. Just kidding again. Carefully pull the ham, slice by slice and wrap your camembert cheese. Put it in the oven 20 minutes before you want to serve as it is best served hot.

3. I mostly played this step by ear. Or rather by looking at it. It was about 15 minutes in the oven and I removed it, cut and served it.

Remember when I said be selfish? Take a bite and you’ll see why I said you should eat it all alone.
