I never go to a festival on the last day. I feel like the teams worked so hard on the Saturday that on the last day they’re just trying to get through the day. With some of the booths, this was the case, but for this select few, thanks for giving us your all, thanks for being so amazing and here’s to having more business from me! There are some that I can’t remember but so I’m sorry if I could not mention them all.

2. Flavourex Fine Artisan Cheese- Another amazing encounter came from a delightful Hungarian women names Erika. She happens to be around the corner from where I live so I will make frequent visits to their Cheese Farm. Their selection of cheese from haloumi, edam, gorgonzola and feta contain the most flavour you can imagine! Since 1996 Flavourex cheese factory has been in operation. In those days the factory was called Sabo-Mak cheese factory and was situated in a small town of Kochani – Macedonia. The cheese factory also had its own goats farm with about 300-400 goats which supplied pure goats milk that provided the highest quality of cheese to be produced.
3. Jin Gin- This new and famous brand by J Something from Micasa is a pretty and pretty delicious trio of gin that I got to try. With so many local and international gin brands available in a fiercely competitive market, J’Something’s thinking was simple: “I wanted to do something that I love. I’ve never been much of a drinker, but a good G&T always hit the spot.
4. Heaven in a Jar- Made with Love. They make delicious decadent desserts in beautifully decorated jars. From weddings to everyday occasions, like Sunday lunch. Big or small we do it all.
